Configuring PowerChute Network Shutdown for VMware ESXi & vCenter

This is done for 2 esxi 8.0.3 hosts using Powerchute Business Edition on one and Powerchute Serial Network Edition on the other. Both are done with Windows Server 2022 Vms.
